ACUITiY aims to be a leading veterans skill bridge & recruiting firm specializing in transitioning military and veteran talent. We make the bespoke translation between military skill sets and civilian talent profiles for top leadership, technical, sales and operations career opportunities with employers.

We began in 2020 as a skill building company focused on matching employers with hiring needs and job seekers with technical military backgrounds. Our advisers are a mix of senior military veterans as well as civilians with extensive professional services experience, allowing us to serve as subject matter experts for both sides of the military hiring equation.

  • Our Services are free of charge to veterans and their families during their job search.
  • We host the nation’s largest single-source veteran database with over 2,000,000 members and publish the nation’s largest veteran hiring publication, “Pravartak” magazine. Copies are distributed every two months with a digital version and the digital newsletter available on our website.
  • We host hiring events at military installations around the country, which provide excellent branding opportunities and direct access to veterans who are transitioning to the civilian workforce.
  • At a base recruitment event, a corporate will interface with veterans who are predominantly in the process of transitioning out of the military. Additionally, many candidates are open to relocation and have the means to move at no cost, which means savings for employers.

    ABOUT SKILL BUILDING


  • Kaushal Setu gives service members civilian work experience through industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during the last 180 days of military service prior to separation.
  • Whether officer or enlisted, the opportunity is open to all ranks as well as military spouses and Reserve members.
  • The program delivers real-world job experiences to facilitate transition to a civilian career. Industry partners provide opportunities in fields including equipment maintenance & business services, logistics, energy, information technology, manufacturing, retail, transportation, civil service and more.
  • Our skill training programs offer a high probability of post-service employment, which leads to:
  • Service members continue to receive military compensation and are covered by military benefits during their participation.

    PROGRAM OVERVIEW


  • #KaushalSetu program is an opportunity for Service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during the last 180 days of service.
  • #KaushalSetu connects Service members with industry partners in real-world job experiences.
  • For Service members #KaushalSetu provides an invaluable chance to work and learn in civilian career areas. For industry partners #KaushalSetu is an opportunity to access and leverage the world’s most highly trained and motivated workforce at no cost. Service members participating in #KaushalSetu receive their military compensation and benefits, and industry partners provide the training and work experience.
  • #KaushalSetu is an excellent benefit for installation and Unit Commanders who have members nearing military separation.
  • #KaushalSetu can help Service members bridge the gap between the end of service and the beginning of their civilian careers. Commanders can greatly ease this transition to civilian life by supporting their reports’ interest in #KaushalSetu. When mission permits, Commanders who support #KaushalSetu participation are helping their personnel transition more seamlessly from service to a civilian career with a trusted employer.
  • Separating Service members can be granted up to 180 days of permissive duty to focus solely on training full-time with approved industry partners after unit commander provides written authorization and approval. These industry partners offer real-world training and work experience in in-demand fields of work while having the opportunity to evaluate the Service member’s suitability for the work.
